Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
We also accept Interac E-transfer. At checkout, simply choose "Alternative payment methods" and then "Interac e-Transfer." You will be instructed to send your e-Transfer to info@canadianloghomesupply.com . If your bank asks for a security question and answer, use the answer loghome . Your bank will show the e-Transfer has been received by Stefco Management Inc., our holding company. Orders will not be processed until the transfer is received. Orders that remain unpaid for five business days are subject to cancellation without notice.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the same method as what you used to pay. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your online bank statement. Please note that with some cards this may take up to a week.
