Returns & Exchanges

We allow returns for refund within 30 days of original purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If in doubt, please contact us to confirm your product is returnable.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

We are glad to replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately if your items arrive damaged.

Returns of orders that were purchased in-person at our warehouse require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning Items you Received as a Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Items not Eligible for Return

Only regular-priced items may be returned; items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Customized or special-ordered items are not eligible for return.

Occasionally we will sell a product that will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" -- naturally these may not be returned.

Returning Items to Us

Before bringing or shipping your return to us, please contact us first to ensure it is eligible for return. Then please bring or ship your product to:

You are responsible for the cost and carrier risk of returning your item(s). If you are shipping an item of high value – over $100 – consider purchasing shipping insurance. Pack your item(s) securely and with padding if appropriate. 

The original outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs of return shipping incurred to Canadian Log Home Supply will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Receiving Refunds via Credit Card/Debit Card

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or issuing bank; it may take a few days before your refund is visible in your account online.
